been thinking abt this for a while, and i've come to a decision. as of today, any projects currently connected to my face and ESPECIALLY my govt name will be discontinued effective immediately, and i will not be linking any future projects to them. any material published under this name will be rebranded to "Grey Nails", and any unaltered pictures of my face will be edited. i will also be withdrawing from activities as a member of bolbbal gang.
when i first started putting stuff out i was 13 and didnt understand the consequences of publishing large quantities of identifying information, which has bitten me in the ass as i've become more of a private person throughout the years. since places like discogs prioritise archival over the safety of the people who's information they host, i've decided it's easier to start fresh than streisand-effect-ing this info while inadvertently tying myself to it even more. also, i've been a musician proper for 3 years as of this month (and making music for over 6) which means i've aquired quite the back catalog—including many embarrasments—and i'd like to formally divorce myself from material i no longer stand by.
in relation to this discography, i've already pulled everything from streaming and i'll be filtering most of the bandcamp down to just the stuff i'm most proud of. i also have disowned everything i released or worked on prior to september 2020, and would appreciate if that material could be removed from anywhere hosting or cataloguing it (though i obviously have no method or intention to enforce this). lastly, i've replaced some songs with new versions—mostly with improved production. these songs are:
